All about Rockford Nephrology Associates RNA has been is service since 2003 but has been in practice for over 30 years with the previous Rockford Clinic in Rockford, Illinois. The Nephrologists (kidney specialists) serve a wide area in Northern Illinois.

We diagnose, treat, and manage kidney disease and illnesses that may eventually lead to kidney disease. Services that are provided include office consultations, follow-up visits, diagnostic services, blood pressure monitoring, and patient education.

The RNA staff consists of 7 Nephrologists, nurses, medical assistants, and secretarial staff that has been specially trained to help you with your needs. We currently cover 10 counties and 7 hospitals in the Northern Illinois area.

RNA News CKDcare and RNA are now one. On August 1st, 2006, the Rockford DaVitaCare chronic kidney disease program joined Rockford Nephrology Associates (RNA). In recognition of the change, it changed it's name from DaVitaCare to CKDcare. This change allows the clinic to serve a larger population of patients with chronic kidney disease. Rockford Nephrology Associates' CKDcare clinic will continue to partner with DaVita in an effort to provide high quality patient education and professional services support. Patients may see some minor changes in the clinic operation. Please visit our CKDcare section for further information. RNA is excited to announce that we have moved to a new location. In cooperation with the CKDcare clinic and RMS Lifeline our first day in our new office was September 19th and it couldn't have been better. The new address is 612 Roxbury Road, Rockford, IL 61107. This location is directly South of the DaVita Roxbury Dialysis unit. Due to the move we have also changed our phone number to 815.227.8300 and fax number to 815.227.8301.
